Terms of Service

By purchasing, booking, downloading, or otherwise engaging with Life’s Abri’s (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“Client,” “you”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. NATURE OF SERVICES (ADVISORY-ONLY MODEL)

Life’s Abri’s is a travel advisory, consulting, and education company.
We do not book travel, act as a travel agency, tour operator, seller of travel, or intermediary.

Our services include, but are not limited to:

  • Hourly travel advisory sessions

  • Custom trip blueprints and planning guidance

  • Itinerary audits and optimization

  • Cultural intelligence and etiquette consulting

  • Long-term travel, relocation, and expat readiness advisory

  • Multi-session consulting packages

  • Educational courses, workshops, and training

  • Downloadable travel guides, templates, and digital products

All services are informational and advisory in nature only.

2. NO BOOKING, NO AGENCY, NO REPRESENTATION

Life’s Abri’s:

  • Does not book flights, hotels, transportation, tours, insurance, or accommodations

  • Does not collect or process payments for travel services

  • Does not act as an agent, representative, or fiduciary of any travel supplier

All bookings are made directly by the client with third-party providers.

3. AFFILIATE & COMMISSION DISCLOSURE

From time to time, Life’s Abri’s may provide referral or affiliate links to third-party services such as excursion platforms or travel insurance providers.

  • These links allow clients to book directly with the provider

  • Life’s Abri’s may receive a commission

  • There is no additional cost to the client

  • Use of these links is entirely optional

Life’s Abri’s does not manage, confirm, modify, or intervene in any bookings made through affiliate links.

4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Clients are solely responsible for:

  • Booking all travel and services independently

  • Verifying dates, prices, availability, and confirmations

  • Ensuring passport validity, visas, entry requirements, vaccinations, and documentation

  • Reviewing health, safety, and travel advisories

  • Complying with airline, lodging, and local regulations

  • Monitoring changes to itineraries, schedules, or conditions

Life’s Abri’s is not responsible for errors, omissions, or changes made by third parties.

5. NO GUARANTEES OR WARRANTIES

Travel conditions can change rapidly. Life’s Abri’s makes no guarantees regarding:

  • Availability, pricing, or quality of accommodations or services

  • Safety, health conditions, or political stability

  • Weather, natural events, strikes, or force majeure

  • Visa approval or immigration outcomes

  • Vendor performance or customer service

All recommendations are based on information available at the time of service.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Life’s Abri’s shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:

  • Travel-related incidents or losses

  • Acts or omissions of third-party providers

  • Delays, cancellations, overbookings, or schedule changes

  • Injuries, illness, theft, or property damage

  • Government actions, border closures, or regulatory changes

  • Client decisions based on advisory information

All travel involves inherent risk, which the client knowingly assumes.

7. PAYMENT TERMS & NON-REFUNDABILITY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

This includes:

  • Hourly advisory sessions

  • Multi-hour consulting packages

  • Custom Itinerary Blueprints

  • Travel Audits

  • Digital downloads, guides, templates, and courses

Payments are non-refundable, regardless of outcome, travel changes, or client circumstances, once work has begun or access has been granted.

8. RESCHEDULING & MISSED SESSIONS

  • Advisory sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice

  • Missed or late sessions are considered forfeited

  • Packaged hours expire 12 months from purchase.

9. DIGITAL PRODUCTS & DOWNLOADS

All digital products are:

  • Delivered electronically

  • For personal use only

  • Non-transferable

  • Non-refundable

Unauthorized sharing, resale, or redistribution is prohibited.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content provided by Life’s Abri’s—including itineraries, guides, reports, templates, and educational materials—is protected intellectual property.

Clients may not:

  • Resell or redistribute content

  • Publish content publicly

  • Use content commercially

  • Share content outside their household or organization

11. CONFIDENTIALITY

Client information shared during advisory services is treated as confidential and used solely for service delivery, unless disclosure is required by law.

12. Legal & Immigration DISCLAIMER

Our services—including but not limited to, our relocation and long-term travel advisory services:

  • Are not legal advice

  • Are not immigration services

  • Do not replace licensed legal, tax, or immigration professionals

Clients are responsible for consulting appropriate licensed professionals.

13. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.

Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration, unless otherwise prohibited by law.

14. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

Life’s Abri’s reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

15. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By booking services, purchasing a package, or downloading digital content, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
